What the site is for
The site explains the program and lets home buyers enroll, loan officers start a customer's enrollment, and agents apply to the network. Please give accurate details, and enroll another person only with their permission.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Any rebate is offered only where state law and the buyer's lender allow, is paid through escrow at closing, and is governed by the program terms you sign first.
