If your borrower is also a member of one of our financial partners and needs an agent, you can refer them to MemberKey to be matched with one. That is the whole relationship.
Why it matters
Three rules, stated plainly.
No compensation, either way
You are not paid for a referral and you do not pay for one. No fee, no gift and nothing of value moves between you and MemberKey.
Updates go to the lender they choose
If a member chooses their own bank or credit union for the loan, we keep it updated on the closing, the same as we would any lender they choose. MemberKey does not send members, leads or introductions to any lender, including one that referred a borrower to us. Agents do not recommend a lender. Your borrower can use any lender, and referring them in does not change their benefit.
You see your own referrals only
A referral partner sees only the referrals they submitted, never the member pool. We hold no credit, income, balance or loan data.
