What we do with what you tell us.

This policy covers beygrouprealestate.com, the builder pages of our sales desk, and the buyer pages we text to our clients, at desk.beygrouprealestate.com (also reachable at bey-desk.vercel.app). It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.

Effective September 29, 2026. Updated October 15, 2026.

Who we are

Bey Group Real Estate, Inc. is a California real estate corporation, DRE Corporation License #02449920, designated broker Jumaane Bey, DRE #02076038. We operate under our corporate name; we do not trade under any other business name.

Reach us at support@beygrouprealestate.com or (916) 402-7707.

What we collect

What you type into a form. Every form on these pages asks for the same core information, and some ask for a little more depending on which page you are on:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number. All three are required; we cannot reply to a form without them.
  • Your city, if the form asks.
  • Your situation: whether you are selling, buying, behind on payments, or an agent; your timing; how long you have been licensed, on the agents page only.
  • On the buying and new-construction forms, and when an agent registers a buyer: whether you have a home to sell and, only if you choose to tell us, where it is, where the sale stands, and a link to its listing.
  • On the builder profile form: the builder's name, your title, and your communities' names and cities.
  • Anything you write in the notes field.
  • Whether you ticked the consent box, which we store so we can show that you agreed to be contacted.

What your browser sends. When you submit a form we also record which page you submitted from, the referring URL, and your browser's user-agent string. We use your IP address at the moment of submission to rate-limit abuse; it is held briefly in memory and is not written to our database.

If a form fails to send. If your connection drops while you send a form, your browser keeps a copy of what you typed on your own device (in this site's local storage) and sends it again the next time you open this site, then deletes it. A copy more than 7 days old is deleted unsent at that point. Until then it stays in that browser, so on a shared computer, clear this site's data in the browser settings to remove it.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, bank or card details, or credit report. Nothing on this site charges you, so there is no payment information to take. If a form ever seems to ask for any of that, it is not ours.

Why we use it

To reply to you and work on what you asked us for, and for nothing else. Specifically: to contact you about the request you submitted, to introduce you to a cooperating broker if that is what you asked for, to register you with a builder when you are buying a new home with us, to review a builder's profile and, once we work together, set up the login to our builder portal (which emails you sign-in links), and to keep our own record of who we spoke to and what happened. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it for anything of value.

Who it goes to

Cooperating brokers. This is the one that matters. If you ask to be introduced to an agent, we pass your name, contact details, and what you told us about your situation to the broker or agent we introduce you to, so they can pick up the conversation. That is the point of the introduction, but it is still your information leaving us, and you should know it happens before you send the form. If you would rather we did not, say so in the notes and we will not.

Builders. If you are buying a new home with us, or an agent registers you through us, we register you with the builder of the community you are looking at (your name and how to reach you), so the builder knows who brought you. Bey Group also provides sales and marketing services to builders, so we ask before sharing anything about your own home: only if you are buying with us and agree in writing does the builder of the community where you are in contract see, in our weekly report to them, your first name and last initial, whether your home is listed or in escrow, its list price and any price change once it is listed, and its close of escrow date. Never its address, the listing link, or your notes. You can withdraw that agreement at any time; reports already sent are not recalled.

Service providers who run this site for us. They process your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

  • Vercel hosts the site and runs the form handler.
  • Supabase stores submissions in our leads database.
  • Resend delivers the email that tells us a lead has arrived, the sign-in links for our builder portal, and reply-alert emails to buyers who turn them on.
  • Browser push services (Apple, Google or Mozilla, depending on the phone) deliver the alerts our team gets when a lead arrives (an alert can include your name), and the reply alerts on your buyer page if you turn them on (those never include your name or what was written).
  • ntfy.sh delivers a push notification to our phone when a lead arrives, so that urgent ones are seen quickly. The notification includes your name and email address.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading a page here sends your IP address to Google, as it does on any site using their font service.

Altitude Home Loans. We do not send your information to Altitude. Our founder is separately licensed as a mortgage loan originator with them (NMLS #2033637), and the Home loans link on this site takes you to his page there. If you choose to fill in something on Altitude's site, that is between you and Altitude under their privacy policy, and Bey Group Real Estate, Inc. receives nothing.

When the law requires it. We will disclose information if we are legally required to, or where we need to in order to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

What is running now. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views so we can see which pages people actually read. It is first-party: the script is served from this domain, it sets no cookies, it stores no identifier on your device, and it does not follow you to other websites or build a profile of you. What we see is aggregate — how many people opened a page, roughly where in the world from, and which page sent them — not who you are.

We also intend to run Google Analytics 4 and the Meta advertising pixel so we can tell which ads bring people in. Neither is active yet. The loader returns without doing anything until real measurement IDs are set.

When they are active, they set cookies and similar identifiers, and Meta in particular may be able to recognise your browser across other websites over time and combine what it sees here with what it sees elsewhere. We do not control what those companies do with that data. You can limit it with your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or the controls in your Google and Meta accounts.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

This site honours Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, our analytics loader does not run at all — not the advertising pixels, and not the first-party page counting described above — and no analytics or advertising identifiers are set. We treat a GPC signal as an instruction not to share your information for advertising, and we apply it more broadly than that: it switches off measurement of any kind.

There is no single agreed standard for older Do Not Track headers, so we do not respond to DNT separately. GPC is the signal we act on.

Your buyer page

If you are buying a home with us, your consultant may text you a link to your own page at desk.beygrouprealestate.com. It shows the homes for sale at your community with their latest list prices, what changed this week, and a chat with your consultant. Opening it asks for the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave us; we check them against the number already on file and do not store them again. The link works once, and we sign you out after 30 days without a visit or whenever you ask your consultant.

  • What we keep: the messages you and your consultant send there, which device type you joined from (for example "iPhone, Safari"), and when you last opened the page. These are kept with the rest of your file, for the same two years.
  • Reply alerts, only if you turn them on: a phone notification when your consultant replies, and, if you give us an email address and tick the box, one email when a reply has waited 15 minutes unread. To send them we keep the email address you give us and, for phone alerts, the delivery address your browser gives us for this phone. Turning alerts off, signing out, or the end of your page deletes the phone alert address; turning email alerts off stops the emails at once, and the address is deleted with your file. We never send these between 10 PM and 8 AM Pacific, they never include what was written, and every email has a link to stop them.
  • What the page never shows you: anything about anyone else, or our internal notes about you. Only the people working with you at Bey Group read your messages.

Calls, texts, and email

Every form requires you to tick a box agreeing to be contacted by phone, text, and email about your request. We do not contact anyone who has not ticked it. Text messages come with standard rates from your carrier, and replying STOP ends them. Some texts, such as the link to your buyer page, come from your consultant's own phone; if you reply STOP to one of those, your consultant records it and no one at Bey Group Real Estate, Inc. texts you again. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us, and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for two years after our last contact with you, after which we delete them. If you buy or sell with us, or we refer you, we keep the records of that transaction or referral for as long as California law requires a licensed brokerage to keep them.

Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information

Email support@beygrouprealestate.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it, and we will do it within thirty days. The one thing we cannot delete on request is a record the law requires us to keep, such as the file of a transaction or referral, and we will tell you if that applies. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for adults buying, selling, or working in California real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top and post the new version at this address. Where a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will say so prominently on this page for at least thirty days. This policy lives at one address so you can always check the current version: beygrouprealestate.com/privacy.
