Questions families ask

Before you call.

Who is the coordinator, and who is the agent?

You work with two people throughout. The agent, chosen for experience with senior moves, lists and sells the home. Your personal transaction coordinator walks you through the program, connects you with the agent, schedules each service around the listing, and works with title, escrow, and your new community through closing.

What does the family pay for?

The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. Commission is between you and your agent: we don't set it, cap it, or take a cut of your proceeds. Cleaning, de-cluttering, staging, movers, and storage are optional, at rates negotiated in advance, and you choose which ones you want.

Can you help if the parent is moving out of the area?

Moving closer to family, into a retirement community, or in with family are the moves we plan for. The agent is local to the home being sold, and the coordinator works with the new community on the other end, so the sale and the move run as one transition.

What if the home needs work before it sells?

Your agent meets with you and together you get the house ready to list, with cleaning, de-cluttering, and staging available at negotiated rates if you want them. Your coordinator schedules the work around the listing and updates you every week.
